It is with profound sadness that the family of Aldo “Chic” Ceccarelli announces his passing on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022 at the age of 92. He died peacefully with family by his side at Health Sciences North. He is survived by his loving wife Ida (DeLuca) Ceccarelli and his sons Dan (Janet) and Darren (Jennifer). He will always be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Krystina (Chris), Michael (Sabrina), Megan (Matt), and Courtney. Great-Grandfather (Bisnono/Nono) to Adam, Ethan, Brayden, Addalie, Francesca, and predeceased by baby Henrietta, our Angel in Heaven; and fur babies Lucy and Frank. Son of Vincenza and Cincinnato, brother of Ben (Zina), Gino (Reta), and his twin sister Alda (Sammy). Brother in-law to Lucio (Velma) and Reno, all predeceased. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews and friends near and far. He was co-founder of Harvest King Produce. To honour his wishes there will be no funeral service at the present time. A private family service will be held when further COVID restrictions are lifted. Cremation will take place at Parklawn Crematorium. Special thanks to Dr. T. Mirka for her care and compassion and all the nurses, doctors and PSWs who went above and beyond their call of duty. We will be forever grateful for their care.
