Obituary of Aileen Annie Aucoin
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Aileen Annie Aucoin announces her passing on Wednesday, July 13, with her loving family by her side at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre in Port Aux Basques at the age of 84 years. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Aileen was the daughter of the late Martin and Salome J Murphy (nee Pearce). Aileen leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her daughters; Cathy(George) LeRiche of Port aux Basques, NL, and Rhonda (Cletus) MacIsaac of Truro, NS; grandchildren, Clea, Calan, Tammy, and Brad; great-grandchildren, Skyler, Twyla, Quinn, and Callie, and special niece Christine Mcneil.
Aileen was predeceased by her husband,Anthony Aucoin.
In keeping with Aileen’s wishes cremation has taken place. The interment of ashes will be held at St. Sylvester’s Cemetery in South Branch, NL on Sunday, July 17,2022 at 3:30 P.M. with Bishop Bart Van Roijen. In lieu of flowers, donations in Aileens’s memory may be made to the family. Words of comfort may be sent to the family by visiting www.oceansidefh.ca.
