Obituary of Susan Theiss
Theiss, Susan passed away peacefully at Chartwell Home, Aylmer on Monday, April 4, 2022 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late John Theiss(2005). Dear mother of Marie Dignan(Dale) of Ingersoll and Karen Benner(Bill) of Aylmer. Loving grandmother to Jason(Ronalda), Christal(Adam), Amanda(Darren), Jamie(Heather), Andrew(Danielle), Cody and great grandmother to Max, Abigail, Jordan, Lexa, Ryker, Scarlett, D.J., Xander and Jade. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Johan and a sister Margaretha. Born in Durles Romania on October 22, 1928, daughter of the late Johan and Margaretha (Weber) Sienerth. She was a faithful member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and lived on St. Andrew Street for many years. She loved gardening and raised budgie birds. After retirement Susan and John enjoyed travelling to see friends and relatives in Germany and Austria. Susan was proud of her baking, especially her pineapple turnovers and donuts. Visitation at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
