In loving memory of David “Mike” Burns,1940-2022, of Gulf Shore, passed away Feb.11, 2022, with family by his side. He is survived by his son, David Burns (Wife-Tracey), Catherine Lively (Husband-Chris) and sister Joan Funk (Husband-Earl). Grandchildren Brandon and Brittany Burns, Danielle and Christina Lively. Great Grandchildren Brooklyn and Benjamin Burns and Katie Broten. Predeceased by his wife Jean, son Andrew, his sisters Gladys Parker, Georgina Harrington, brothers Robert Burns and Donald Burns. The family would like to extend a thank you to the Dorey family for always being there for dad. Mike loved family, politics and a good cup of tea. In keeping with Mike’s wishes there will be no services held.
