Kenneth Ronald Reid, 78, of Croydon, passed away on September 30, 2022, after a tough but valiant battle with cancer.
Ron was predeceased by his second wife Judy (nee Hammond), his parents Ken and Helen Reid, and his beloved dog Sugar. He is survived by his loving partner Sally Harker, his sister Carol de Bokx (Peter), his brother Paul (the late Jo-Ann), his children, Greg (Chryssi), Stephen (Digna), Jennifer Tsatsos (John), Brian Blakely (Marsha), Scott Reid, and his grandchildren, Joshua, Bowen, Brayden, Mara, Kosta, Zoe, Brittany, Brandon and Morgan.
Ron will be dearly missed by the Reid, Harker and Blakely families, and countless friends and hunting buddies.
Visitation to be held at Payne Funeral Home in Odessa on Wednesday, October 5th from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Service to be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, October 6th at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Family and Friends are invited to a reception following the Interment at Payne Funeral home beginning at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to UHKF (Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario) or The Canadian Cancer Society in Ron’s name would be appreciated. Please share your memories and condolences to the family at www.paynefuneralhome.com
