Obituary for
William “Bill” Ogonoski
On September 23, 2021, William (Bill) Ogonoski of Beaumont AB, (Formerly of Holden, AB) passed way at the age of 83 years, very fortunate to have his family at his side, after a brief battle with cancer.
William is survived by his sons, Brent (Sheryl) and Darcy (Sharon); two grandchildren, Austin and Brandon; sisters-in-law, Shirley (Grant) Grosland of Athabasca and Vickie; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his loving wife of 58 years, (Natalie); parents, Peter (Catherine); and brother, John (Elanor).
A private Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 5 at 4 p.m. at Park Memorial Reception Centre, 11015 -101 Street, Edmonton with Reverend Julian Bilyj officiating. A private interment will follow at a later date.
Please note that all attendees will require a photo ID and proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the service.
In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & Nunavut or the Canadian Cancer Society in Bill’s honour.
