Bill was born in Prongua, Saskatchewan to John and Margaret Nelson and passed away in Oliver, BC at the age of 87. Bill was a father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend. He is survived by his two sons, Jordan (Brenda), Neil (Melitta); grandchildren; Christina, Joshua, Mitchell and Bradley, great grandchildren; Kaelyn and Alexander and sister; Joan Charles.
