Vivian Rose McCarthy Irving 1930 2021

Peacefully at
the Kings County Memorial Hospital, the passing of Vivian Rose
McCarthy (nee Irving) age 91, of Murray Harbour North, devoted wife of
the late Eugene McCarthy, occurred on Thursday, June 24, 2021 with
family by her side. Born April 18, 1930, she was the daughter of the
late Alex and Frances (Weatherbie) Irving. Survived by loving
children, Edith (Kenny) Kerr, Wilfred (Marie) McCarthy, Cameron
McCarthy, Ralph (Mary) McCarthy, Harold (Brenda) McCarthy, Karen
(Kevin) Matheson, John (Linda) McCarthy and Jamie (Anne) McCarthy;
sisters, Dianne (Ralph) Jenkins, Bernice Vuozzo, Annie (Robert) Hicks
and Shirley McGuigan; 20 cherished grandchildren; 19 cherished great
grandchildren, 9 adored great great grandchildren; many nieces and
nephews. Predeceased by sons, Melvin, Robert; daughter, Joyce;
brothers, Cameron, Percy, Everett and Jimmy; great grandson, Brodie;
daughters-in-law, Betty and Lori-Ann; brothers-in-law, Alfred and
George.
Vivian will be forever loved and
remembered by her family, friends and all who came to know her.
Private family funeral will be held on Wednesday, June
30, 2021 at 3:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to take
place in the St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery, Sturgeon.
