MCFALL, Victoria (nee Stachowicz) – It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of a wonderful mother, sister, wife, nana, and baba. At age 89 and after a year that included debilitating arthritis, Parkinson’s, and a broken leg, all which she accepted with bravery and dignity. She passed away peacefully on her own terms, surrounded by her family and love on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at The Pines in Bracebridge.
Victoria is survived by her beloved husband Reginald McFall. Wonderful mother of Tracy Barnes (Bill), and Rick Bateman (Lynda); stepchildren Eugene Mara (Marie), Steven McFall (Laurie), Sharon Goss (Lin), and their families. Proud nana of Paul Bateman, Kirsten Davies (Chris), and Graham Barnes (Kenora); last but not least baba to the apple of her eye and great granddaughter Rosie Victoria. Dear sister to Carol Chopp, and Adele Steward (Cy). Fun and caring aunt to many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents John and Mary, and her brothers Johnny and Steven (Swifty). Victoria leaves behind a large hole in our family, but Heaven has gained a beautiful new angel.
A Celebration of Victoria’s Life will be held at Reynolds Funeral Home, on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Pines or Salvation Army and can be arranged through Reynolds Funeral Home.
