Surrounded by his family at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Desna. Loving father of Christopher (Shaleen) and Nicola. Proud grandfather of Serena, Aarya, and Sydney. Predeceased by his sister Christine. Survived by his sister Margaret, and several nieces and nephews of South Wales. A private family service will be held. A celebration of Vernon’s life, with music, will be held at a later date when it is safe to gather again.
