Obituary
YPMA, Valery B. – Has gone to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for whom she loved with all her heart on Thursday November 11, 2021, at her residence in her 28th year. Beloved daughter of Ron and Shelley (nee McReynolds) Ypma. Loving sister to Kira (AJ) Weiandt, Veronica Ypma, Keeghan Ypma, Owen Ypma, Yme Ypma, Siebren Ypma and cherished aunt to Klara Weiandt. Valery will always be remembered by her grandparents; Edwin and Doreen McReynolds, late James and Ethel Ypma and by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Valery always loved to read, create poetry, and help her family with their hair styles. Her creative nature and loving actions will never be forgotten. Friends are invited to join the family at Huron Park Baptist Church, 199 Berwick St., Woodstock on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, from 10:00 – 11:00 am where the memorial service will be held at 11:00 am. ( to access livestream, please go to Huron Park Baptist Church, Woodstock on YouTube) Cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place in the Norwich Cemetery. At Valery’s request, she asked that there be no roses sent in her memory but rather donations go to the Canadian Cancer Society, Huron Park Baptist Church or St. Elizabeth Homecare would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004.
