It is with great sadness that the family of the late Valerie Duval aanounce her passing on Tuesday, July 13th,2021 at her family residence in her 67th year after a long courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her family.Valerie will be lovingly remembered for her strength, love and support to her family and friends in whatever they needed. Valerie’s love for her grandchildren was endless and they will always be able to cherish those special moments as their nan cherished every second with each of them. Valerie leaves to mourn with loving memories her husband Blandford of 42 years. Her children Trina ( Keith ), Corinne Ann ( Les ), Terra Lynn.Grandchildren Trevor, Tyler, Sarah, Megan, and Haley. Special nephew Ronnie ( Yvette) Depres. Valerie will be missed by her siblings Chelsea Critch, Elizabeth ( Norman ) Gilley, Roy ( Rita ) Sparkes, Venus ( Wilson ) Thomas, Wayne ( Ruby ) Sparkes, Gauis ( Della ) Sparkes, Sandra Ruth ( Wayne ) Sparkes and Patricia ( Darren ) Reid. As well as many brothers and sisters –in-law and a large circle of relatives and friends. Valerie was predeceased by her parents Chesley and annie Sparkes. Brothers Newman Sparkes and Philip Sparkes and sister and best friends Melva Simms who are greeting each other with open arms. A private funeral service for family and close friends will take place on Thursday, July 15,2021 at 2:00pm. with interment to follow at the family plot.
