Obituary of Tom Ceply
CEPLY, Tom (John) – It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Tom (John) Ceply on Friday February 19, 2021 at the young age of 59. Tom passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after a short battle with cancer. Tom is survived by his beloved wife Marlene of 38 years, sons Craig and Gage and step-daughter Jen (Mark). Tom is also survived by his mother Barbara, sisters Lori (Pete), Cheryl (Joe) and Sue as well as many nieces and nephews and 3 beautiful granddaughters. Predeceased by his father Nick Ceply. Tom’s passions in life was having big bon fires at home with family and friends and slipping in a firework show when he could. He loved the outdoors and living in the country. His childhood love for motorcycles never faded, he still owns his very first one. You would always find Tom tinkering with small engines of all sorts in his shop. Tom will be missed by many. Our family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the many Dr.’s and nurses who were here to help. We want to send a special Thank You to Dr. Scher and nurses Jocelynne for coming to our home and helping our family feel comfortable during this difficult time. Arrangements entrusted to DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME. 136 Clarence St. Port Colborne. Cremation has taken place. A private intimate family graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, it is asked that any donations to support the family towards final expenses be made out to gofund.me/873bd893.
