Peacefully with his family by his side at the Temiskaming District Hospital on Thursday, November 25, 2021, Thomas Allan Khober of North Cobalt passed away at the age of 64. Loving husband of Ruth-Ann Khober (nee Piché) for 43 years. Beloved father of Jason Khober (Kristin Losruoc-Tierenhcsuk), Troy (Marci) Khober and Lance (Rebekah) Khober. Survived by his grandchildren Kaleb, Teya, Korra, Bodean, Royce, Hailey, Drake, Audrey, Austin and great grandfather of Odin. Dear brother of Michael (Kimberley) Khober and Tammy Khober. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
The family wish to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful care Tom received from the many Doctors, Nurses and staff that made him comfortable throughout his final days.
Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury and a celebration of life with be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Buffam Leveille Funeral Home, 705-672-3122. If desired, memorial donations to the cancer society of your choice would be sincerely appreciated.

    I am very saddened to learn of your sudden loss of Tom. I well remember our days on Algonquin Blvd – they were good days. Tom was a great guy and always came in with a smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Take care.

    That is how I see Tom, how I will always remember Tom.
    Laid back easy going, will do anything for you without reservation.
