ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Theresa Peters 81, of Elsipogtog
passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent
on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Born in Big Cove, she was
the daughter of the late Noel Milliea and late Mona (Levi)
Milliea.
Theresa will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 55
years, Gregory Peters; four daughters, Mona Roberts (Late Gene), Terry
Simon (late Robert), Kelley Peters (Jr), Melissa Googoo-Dedam
(Vanessa) all of Elsipogtog; six sons, Brian Milliea (Joanne), Jason
Tomah (late Catherine), Craig Peters (Gerene), Nicholas Peters
(Jolene), Robert “Shaun” Tomah (Katerica), Ethan
Peters-Sanipass (Julia Rose) all of Elsipogtog and several
grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great
grandchildren.
She is also survived by four sisters, Doris Paul of St.
Mary’s, Linda Francis (Richard) of Kingsclear, Shirley Levi
(Francis) of Elsipogtog, Martha Milliea (Gerald) of Fords Mills;
sister-in-law, Norma Milliea of Elsipogtog and many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three sons, Paul
Rene “Pauly”, Randy, Rocky and two brothers, Levi
and Joe.
There will be no visitation. A Funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 11:00 am, Ste.
Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in
Elsipogtog.
Arrangements are in the professional care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto (523-4252).
