Theresa K. Walker of Lincoln, NB passed away on Sunday
December 26, 2021 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton.
Born in Fredericton, NB, she was a daughter of the late John and
Frances (Sacobie) Paul.
Theresa spent many years of her working life as a waitress,
eventually working for NB Power in their restaurant. She also spent a
number of years as a ward clerk at the old Victoria Public Hospital in
Fredericton. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed tole painting and
loved making Christmas wreaths.
She is survived by her husband Michael of 52 years; daughter
Francine Saunders (Scott) of Fredericton; 3 grandchildren Melissa
Saunders (Randy), Tabitha Saunders (Junior), Tyson (T); great
grandchildren Gracie, Isabelle, Jacob, Owen, Zach, Maddox and Trista;
sister Gail Prince (Glen); brother Basil Paul (Trudy); several nieces,
nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by a daughter Judy Wood;
granddaughter Stephanie Lang.
By her request there will be no visitation or service at this
time. A graveside service at St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery
will be held in the spring. For those who wish, donations may be made
to the SPCA, Canadian Diabetes Association, the Salvation Army,
Canadian Red Cross or the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
