It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of
Sylvie N. Scott of Indian Mountain, which occurred at The Dr. Georges
L. Dumont University Hospital; on Friday September 10, 2021. Born in
Bathurst, she was the daughter of Aline (Babin) and the late Ronald
Sylvie was a loving wife, beloved sister and a sissy as well
as a cherished daughter and a dear friend to so many. She loved to
take care of others and be the one to organize events from family
events to vacations. Besides traveling and cooking she enjoyed fishing
with her husband Andrew.
Besides her mother she will be dearly missed by her husband
Andrew, sister, Natalie LeBlanc (Jacques), brother, Jeremie
Maillet-LeBlanc (Marilene), her godson David, best pals and life long
friends; Stacey, Parise, Monique and Pauline as well as several nieces
and nephews.
Respecting her wishes cremation will take place from
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007). A private family gathering will take place at a
later date. Donations to Hospice SENB or the CHU Dumont Foundation
would be appreciated by her family. Online condolences can be
