Susan Ward 2021

Susan Ward
1964-2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Ward on July 5th, 2021. She will be reunited with her parents, Francoise Poirier and Ronald Ward. Susan will be missed by her daughter, Andrea Coccia (Tony), her partner, Albert Coccia, her brothers, Bob Ward (Walda), Ken Ward (Barbara), Steve Ward (Francine), Mike Ward (Sandy), her cousin (“big sister”) Elaine Field and her nephew and niece, Taylor Ward and Katrina Ward.
She passed away peacefully at the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Center, surrounded by family and friends during her final days, after her long battle with cancer. She fought until the end, never giving up. She wanted to be there for her family. Her strength, kindness and love will never be forgotten.
In the coming weeks, a small celebration of life will be hosted with close family and friends. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in her memory to the Quebec Fauna Foundation in Carignan, a sanctuary for chimpanzees that had a special place in her heart or the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Center, where she was given the best care for her final days.
