Stott Steven ‘Craig’ Alan June 2nd 2021 avis de deces

Stott, Steven ‘Craig’ Alan
June 2nd, 2021
It is with broken hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Steven Craig Alan Stott on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at the too-early age of 65. Craig passed away peacefully after a valiant battle with cancer. Beloved son of the late James Herbert and Olicia “Penny” Stott. Craig is survived by his loving wife and partner of 23 years, Sylvia Tourand; and his siblings: Jeffrey (Dayle), Darrell (Buffy), Michael (Melissa), Karen Chanady, and Nancy O’Brien. Also sadly missed by Sylvia’s family: Evelyn, Cheryl, Bill, and Laura; and dear friend of over 40 years, Jean Classic. He also leaves behind “Fred”, the latest in a long line of cherished cats. Craig was born in Goderich where he spent his younger years. He frequently revisited Goderich, as well as lived in Kitchener, Tillsonburg, and finally London, where he met and married Sylvia. Craig will be missed by his many customers and colleagues at Brian Finch Auto Group where he worked for many years. He was an avid golfer, he loved to travel with Sylvia, and exercised an unending sense of humour. A special thank you to the warm and caring staff at University Hospital for making his last days as comfortable as possible. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a small private family service will be held. The family welcomes friends to participate in the service via livestream.
