Stanislaw Zygmunt Kulikowski passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, December 12, 2021, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 72 years. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and numerous friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at COUNTRY HILLS CREMATORIUM & FUNERAL SERVICES CHAPEL, 11995 16 Street NE on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at 3:00 pm. Due to the city by-law all those attending in person must provide personal identification as well as either proof of double vaccination, or proof of a privately-paid negative rapid test result taken within 72 hours of service, or documentation of a medical exemption. Masks are also mandatory.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PROOF OF VACCINATION MUST NOW BE PROVIDED WITH A QR CODE.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY QUEEN of PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2111 Uxbridge Dr. NW on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 10:00 am with the Reverend Adam Bobola, SChr, Presider. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
