Shirley passed away peacefully on Dec 7, 2021, at the Juravinski Hospital. She was the best friend and wife of Ken Hoffman for 43 years. Born in Winnipeg, she was predeceased by her parents Julis & Albert and her brother Les. She will be sadly missed by sisters-in-law Lorraine, Maurene, Cathie and brother-in-law Dan. Shirley will be fondly remembered by many friends from their trailer, Sackville Senior Center and the Legion. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Juravinski Hospital for their compassion and care. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Sunday, December 19th from 12-2pm followed by a prayer service at 2pm in the chapel. Anyone wishing to attend the visitation or service must RSVP by calling the funeral home at 905-388-4141. Everyone in attendance must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
