Obituary for Ruth Cliff
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ruth Cliff announces her passing on June 7, 2021. Ruth was pre-deceased by husband William Cliff (1978).
Ruth will be lovingly remembered by her three daughters Kim (Glen), Laurie (Joe) and Jodi (Brian), grandchildren Shawn and Ryan; Joe (Christine) and Amanda; and great-grandchildren Cadence, Josiah, and Brooke. Ruth is survived by her brother David (Yolonde) of Calgary, AB; sister Jessie of Concord, NC; sister-in-law Susan of NWT; and brother-in-law Eric (Marion) of Thunder Bay. Ruth will also be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews and cousins and family in England.
Ruth loved to travel and visit family and friends. With a beaming smile, it was easy for Ruth to make friends wherever she went. Ruth served her community as a founder and life-long member of the Dundas Lioness Club. She was a volunteer with the Dundas Museum and Archives.
The family would like to thank St. Joseph’s Villa in Dundas, especially the staff on Primrose Lane, for their care and support during the past year.
Due to COVID restrictions, a family graveside service will take place at Grove Cemetery in Dundas.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ruth’s memory to the Lion’s Foundation of Canada Dog Guides would be appreciated.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Ruth Cliff April 5 1930 June 7 2021..
