KOBZAR, Slawko (Russell) –
Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph Hospital on Saturday, September 4th, 2021 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Sophie (nee Hruszowsky) for 69 years. Dear Father of predeceased eldest son Jeffery, daughter Leslie and husband Terry (Gula) and son David. Dear older brother to Walter and his wife Emily. Russell has five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by extended family and friends. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue, on Thursday, September 9th, 2021. Visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Private family service to follow. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre would be appreciated.
