Ronald Spinney
Ronald William Spinney, age 84, of Lower Argyle passed away
March 2, 2021 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in
Yarmouth he was a son of the late William Ronald and the late Bertha
Hardy (Huskins) Spinney. Ronald was a retired
fisherman. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Helene
(Hopkins) Spinney, sons, Arley (Sharon), Lower Argyle; Allen,
Yarmouth, daughters, Thelma (Roy), Greening, Newfoundland, brothers,
Arley (Stella) of Ontario and Wayne (Mary) of Berwick, 4
grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren as well as his mother-in-law
Lillian Harding of Nakile Home for Special Care, Argyle. He
was predeceased by a son Barry in infancy; daughter-in-law Nina and a
brother David.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 5, 2021 in
Argyle-Pubnico Baptist Church, Argyle from 1-2pm for family and
invited guests only. Family flowers only please. Funeral
service will take place Friday at 2pm from the Argyle-Pubnico Baptist
Church with Pastor Mitchell Deware officiating. The service
will be live streamed on the West Pubnico Funeral Home and Cremation
Services Facebook site beginning at 2pm.
Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery,
Pubnico. Online condolences may be forwarded to the family
at Donations in memory may be made to
Hope for Wildlife or to a charity of choice. Funeral
arrangements have been entrusted to the West Pubnico Funeral Home and
Cremation Services, Middle West Pubnico. 902
