Obituary of Roger Ovid MacMaster
(1936-2021)
Passed away peacefully on December 27, 2021 at Juravinski Hospital in his 86th year. Born in Hamilton Ontario, Roger will be forever remembered for his humour, dedicated work ethic and willingness to help others. The majority of his career was spent as an esteemed electrician and member of the IBEW local union 105. Beyond retirement he continued to tirelessly work with family, friends and community members offering his skills as a general handyman. Roger was most known for his jovial presence, love for music, golf, wit, style and class. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Enid MacMaster. Cherished brother to Donna Magill. Survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Nancy (nee Morton). Loving father to Lisa Pace (Angelo), David MacMaster (Jennifer), Janice Bezzo (Jeff) and Melissa Deamude. Proud Poppa/grandpa to Holly, Graydon, Jaime, Josh, Emma, Charlotte and Jace. Roger will be remembered fondly and sadly missed by numerous lifelong friends and relatives. As per his wishes cremation has occurred and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
