It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Roger David Forbes on March 15th, 2021 at Etobicoke General Hospital after facing many health challenges over the last eight years. He is survived by his loving wife Jane of 47 years, his son, Jeff (Diana) and two grandchildren, Dahlia and Stone and his twin daughters, Jennifer and Lisa (Mayo). He was pre-deceased by his sister, Rosalie, his Mother, Marette Roberts, and his step Father, Frank Roberts. He was a loving brother to his older sister, Shirley (Stan) and his brothers Michael (Cheryl), Don Roberts (Margaret) and Ron Roberts (Ross) as well as his nephew, Jamie (Erin), and his niece, Alexandra (Rob). Roger retired from Air Canada in 1997 and worked closely with his many colleagues over his career. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital and the Etobicoke Osler Hospital. Many thanks go out to the dedicated Doctors who assisted Roger with his recovery over the years.
Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the funeral service and interment will be private.
