Obituary for Robert Frank Bradburn
With great sadness we announce Bob’s passing at Macassa Lodge after a lengthy illness.
He will be so greatly missed by his wife Hilary, children Michelle (Brian), Bob (Terry), Tim (Trish), and their mother Audrey, his stepchildren Alison (Ross) and Michael, his grandchildren Breanne, Kyle and Nick, his brother Bill (Tina), as well as nieces and nephews.
Bob was predeceased by his parents Phyliss and Roy Bradburn, brothers Ron and Ralph, and sisters Helen and Ada.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Bob had many happy memories of growing up on the Beach Strip, times spent enjoying camping and later retirement at the cottage in Selkirk on Lake Erie.
So many thanks to the numerous medical staff who cared for Bob over many months, from PSWs, doctors, nurses and special thanks to the amazing staff at Macassa Lodge for the care and kindness they provided. You all deserve a medal for the dedication you show to patients and family.
To honour Bob’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Cremation has taken place at his request.
