Robert «Bob» Léger
1952-2021
Robert «Bob» Leger, 69, of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, passed away
peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, on Saturday December 4, 2021. He
was married to Marie-Anne (Despres) Leger. Born in Bouctouche, he was
the son of the late Alcide and the late Irene (Allain) Leger.
Bob worked as a scaffolder in Alberta for several years.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Marie-Anne, his children;
Angelica Savoie of Moncton, Cory (Gabrielle) of Moncton, Mark
(Josée) of McKees Mills, his step-daughters; Janice and
Renée and his stepson, René and several grandchildren. He
also leaves to mourn two sisters, Stacey Allain (Lionel) of Moncton,
Paulette Mazerolle (Normand) his brothers; Jean of Bouctouche, Donald
of Shediac and several nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’Eglise, Bouctouche, on Friday December 10, 2021 from 1 to
3:30pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste
Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche, on Friday December 10, 2021 at
4:00pm.
PROOF OF VACCINATIONS, ID AND FACE MASK ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL
HOME AND AT THE CHURCH AS PER THE PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES.
In Robert’s memory a donation can be made to the family.
