Peacefully on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the Temiskaming District Hospital, Richard John Penner of North Cobalt passed away at the age of 77. Loving husband of Elizabeth “Betty” Penner (nee Adams) for 56 years. Richard will be forever remembered as a dear father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
