Reginald “ Reggie” Evans
May 24, 1944 ~ June 18, 2021
Reg Evans passed away peacefully at Mont St. Joseph Care Home on Friday, June 18, 2021. Reg was born in Birch Hills, SK to Raymond and Edna Evans on May 24, 1944 one of fifteen children. Reg lived in Prince Albert, SK and in Birch Hills, SK for the better part of his life.
Reg leaves to cherish his memory his siblings: Mervin (Lorraine) Evans, Eleanor McConnell, Jean (Dennis) Halvorson, Gordon Evans, and Audrey Carlson, his brother-in-law Herb Giesbrecht, two sisters-in-law: Jean Evans and Darlene Evans, numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Reg was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Edna Evans; siblings Marjorie (Art) Fjeld, Hazel (Ford) Lindbloom, Evelyn (Haakon) Holmevik, Esther (Garnet) Pederson, Lillian (Bill) Prost, Howard Evans, Arthur Evans, Lewis Evans, Rose (Pete) Giesbrecht and Muriel Giesbrecht.
A Pubic Viewing will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. ~ 9:00 p.m. at Gray’s Funeral Chapel- 575 28 Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at South Hill Cemetery. Donations in Reggie’s memory can be made to A Charity of Ones Choice. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel.
