Cherished son of the late Harold and Norma Brougham.
Loving brother of Chris Budgell, Larry (Kathy), Francine Kilgour, Norm (Jean) of Tofino, B.C., Penny Sowden (Len), Lorraine Hawkrigg, Sherry Lemieux (Ray) of Bowmanville, ON, Timothy, and the late Beverly (Peter), Wayne (2012), and Harold (1999) (Joanne Lynn).
Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
