Raymond John McQuinn September 4th 1944 September 22nd 2021

It is with deeply saddened hearts that the family of Ray McQuinn announces his passing on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at the age of 77. Loving husband of Maureen McQuinn for 56 years. Father, like no other, to Victoria McDougall (Charles Butt). A proud and amazing Grandad aka “Ga” to Jesse McDougall, Jenna McDougall, Jordyn McDougall, and Quinn Butt. He was also the bestest “Great Ga” to Jayce, Zayne, Maliyah and Paisley. Dear brother of Christine Veinot. Predeceased by his parents Raymond and Kathleen.
Ray was the owner and operator of MotorSport Custom Accessories for 56 years and also worked at Polysar in his younger years. He took great pride in selling Harley Davidson Motorcycles for over 50 years. Over those years, he had many amazing and wonderful staff, but Ted (put up with him for 38 years) and Mickey was his right-hand man and friend for the last many years. Ray had a tremendous love for the community and was always a big part of charity “runs” with fellow Harley owners. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Ray’s wishes, no services will be held. The family will organize a Celebration of Ray’s life in the near future.
Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Inn of the Good Shepherd (cheques only at the funeral home please).

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Raymond John McQuinn September 4th 1944 September 22nd 2021..

Sympathies message

  1. So saddened to learn of Rays passing. Condolences to Maureen and Family. Bought 9 Harley’s from Ray and every purchase was a battle royal’. We both loved it. Whenever we met it was always chatting about my daughter, his daughter and of course work. I’m glad our last chat gave no hint it was our last. I’ll miss you Ray, and thanks for being there whenever I needed assistance with my bikes.

Rest Peacefully Old Friend until we meet again,

    Crouch
