On November 8, 2021, Mrs. Phyllis Smith of Edmonton, formerly of Boscombe, passed away at the age of 62 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Randy; son, Ken; daughter, Amanda (Darryl) Mortensen; grandson, Cooper Mortensen; father-in-law, Clarence; 2 brothers, Norman Poholka (Lorraine) & Marvin Bentley; 3 sisters, Lorna (Victor) Gorak, Florance (Tom) Jensen & Lorraine Goddard; sisters-in-law, Nora Poholka, Dawn Tucker & Carey Kennedy; brother-in-law, Wayne Smith; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by her mother, Anne Bentley (Poholka); father, Samuel Ledson Bentley; 2 brothers, Fred Bentley & Herb Poholka; granddaughter, Jessica Morgan; mother-in-law, Blanche Smith. A Private Celebration of Life will be held at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating with inurnment in Willow Grove Cemetery, Owlseye.
