Peacefully, in Kingston Health Science Centre, on Monday, March 1, 2021, at 73 years of age. Beloved husband of Pamela (nee Brooks). Loving father of Amy (john), Shaun (Kay) and Jamie (Amanda). Cherished grandfather of Billy, Steve, Tommy, Sarah, Riley, Molly and Jack. Dear brother of Janice (Angus), Larry (Gayle), Penny (Larry), Edith, Susan (Terry) and Tim (Maranda). Son of the late Elmer and Ruth Bailey. Philip will be sadly missed by his large family, many friends and racing buddies at Brighton Speedway. A private service will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home with interment at Heritage Cemetery of St. Peter. The service will be streamed and can viewed here Monday, March 8 at 2 p.m. Those wishing may make a donation to Parkinson Canada.
