Obituary of Peter Joseph Glabb
Peter Glabb, aged 79, passed away peacefully on February 10th, 2020.
Peter is survived by the mother of his children, Joan Glabb; children: Randy (predeceased), Steve, Vince (predeceased), Clayton, Marty (Betty), Heather, Shelley, Shane, Shaunna (Denis), Tanya (Angela). He is predeceased by his grandson, Colby. Peter is survived by many adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Peter will be missed by his brothers and sisters: Mervin (predeceased), Allie, Ronnie, Tanna, Shannon, Dwight and Wade and many beloved nieces and nephews. Peter is also survived by his special friend Ginette Melrose.
He was born January 8th, 1942 in Fort-Coulonge, QC, spent many years in Mattawa, Ontario and eventually settled in Port Colborne, Ontario. Peter was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed sitting by the lake. He was a clever problem solver with a big heart and spent his later years enjoying time with his children and grandchildren close by.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. There will be a celebration of his life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Foundation or the Canadian Children’s Literacy Foundation.

Cremation
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a service at a later date.
