Obituary for
Pearl O’Kurley
On July 12, 2021 Pearl returned home.
She will be remembered with love by her daughters, Connie and Cyndy O’Kurley; and granddaughters Victoria and Vanessa Palichuk. She is survived by sisters-in-law, Susie Patan and Carrie Serink; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She survived the passing of her husband, Frank O’Kurley (1970). Predeceased by her parents, Pearl and John Patan; and all her siblings.
Pearl was active with the St. Basil’s Women’s League for many decades. We will say our goodbyes comforted by the knowledge she peacefully went into the light after having lived a long and full life.
Prayer services will be held at St. Basil’s Ukrainian Catholic Church on Thursday, July 15 at 7:00 pm.
A Divine Liturgy will be held at St. Basil’s Ukrainian Catholic Church on Friday July 16 at 10:00 am, interment to follow at St. Michael’s cemetery, Edmonton.
