It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia at the Hamilton General Hospital on December 21, 2021. She is survived by her loving daughter Crystal. Caring sister of Joanne, Jack, Candy and Tamara and predeceased by siblings Steve and Lana. Patty will be missed by many extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will take place on Thursday December 30, 2021 from 2-4pm followed by a Service at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Till we meet again.
