Allen – The death
occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, June
9, 2021, of Patricia Allen, of Hunter River, aged 68 years. Born in
Summerside, she was the daughter of the late William “Bill”
and Mary Theresa “Zella” (Gallant) Allen. Survived by her
partner Clare Jeffery; son Peter (Diana) Carver; granddaughter Audrey
Carver; grandson James Wilson; brothers Richard Allen (Sylvia Profitt)
and Gay Allen; nieces and nephews Meghan (Doug) Wood, Samantha
Harrison ( Katie Monaghan), Adam Laffin and Laura Harrison (John
Russell); and by grand-nieces Charlotte Wood, Emma Harrison-Russell
and Lilly Harrison-Russell. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers
Sandy Allen, Myra Laffin, Joan Ann Allen, Junior Allen, Nancy Faye
Allen and Kevin Allen. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No
visiting hours or funeral service by request. A private family
graveside service will take place later in St. Paul’s
Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health
Association or the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be
appreciated.
