  1. I had the privilege of working with Neil on a few projects. He was a true leader by nature, firm but fair and always supporting others wherever he could. He was a proud father and grandparent, always willing to share a story. I tried converting him into a Roughrider fan but no such luck. We always had a small bet when the Eskimo’s played the Riders and both of us enjoyed taking money from the other. We ended up pretty much even!
Please accept my heartfelt condolences, he was a great leader but more importantly a great person who I considered a friend. Many of us will miss getting that gentle punch in the shoulder with that big smile as he was walking by!
    Rest In Peace Neil.
