Obituary of Millie L. Bernard
BERNARD- Millie L. (Dockendorff) passed away peacefully at Northland Pointe, Port Colborne, on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the age of 84. She was born in Charlottetown, PEI. Beloved wife of the late Peter Bernard (2018), loving mother of the late Donnie Bernard (2014) and Barb (Tom) Amies, dear grandmother of Amanda Rawn and Mathew McCrudden. Millie will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends. She was predeceased by her parents George and Mildred Dockendorff, her siblings Kathryn Scott, Wellington Dockendorff and George (Verna) Dockendorff. Barb and Tom would like to acknowledge the tremendous care and compassion provided to Millie and family by her wonderful care givers at Harbour Heights. Special thank you to family and friends who supported them during this difficult time as well. Cremation has taken place. A private interment will be held in the near future. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association of Canada. Arrangements entrusted to the DAVDISON FUNERAL HOME 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne.
