Obituary of the late Millicent (Millie) Terpstra
October 8, 1956, to July 27, 2021
It is with great sadness the family of the late Millie Terpstra announce her passing on July 27 at home at the age of 64 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Jelle Terpstra. Children; Christine Terpstra Chubbs (Shawn), Louise Hudek (Bill), Jelle Clayton Terpstra (Cheryl). Grandchildren; Dean, Erica, Jelle James and her fur baby Lotus. Great Grandchildren Amanda, Isabel, Abbey. Brothers; Ed Mullins (Chat), Felix Mullins (Gillian). Sisters; Clara Webber, Shirley Hopkins (Bob), Elaine Hinks (Arthur) and sister-in-law Shirl Mullins. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Clayton and Linda Learning, brother Johnny, brother max, brother-in-law Bill.
Due to COVID 19 regulations and at the request of the family there will be a private visitation for immediate family and by invitation only at Fillatres Funeral Home July 28, from the hours of 7 – 8. A private funeral service for immediate family and by invitation only will be held on July 29 at 2 pm from St. Andrews Anglican Church with Rev. Nellie Thomas officiating with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Mokami Status of Women Council. Flowers are welcomed by the family.
