AYOTTE, Michel “Grasspike”
It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the age of 65 years. Cherished son of Delma (née Benoit) Ayotte and the late Jean-Louis Ayotte. Beloved husband of 45 years to Reina (née O’Bomsawin) Ayotte. Loving father of Chris (Jennifer), Daniel and Marc (Cheyenne). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Justin, Keegan, Reiley, Keeley, Zach and Owen. Dear brother of Normand (Murielle). Godfather to Julien, Karly and Declan. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Michel retired from Falconbridge after 30 years of service. He was a lifetime board member of the CFGA and part of the Azilda Walley Hatchery. Michel loved hunting, fishing, golfing and being outdoors. Michel will be remembered for his love of food and his famous spaghetti sauce. The family will receive relatives and friends for scheduled visitation at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 4691 R.R. 15 Chelmsford on Monday, March 8th, 2021 from 1-4 and 6-7:30 p.m. Due to the current pandemic, masks are mandatory and there will be guest limitations at the funeral home. Donation can be made by cheque to the Chelmsford Fishing Games.
