Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Megan Moneas on Christmas Eve with family by her side. Megan received the greatest gift of all, she got her wings and Heaven gained another Angel. Megs had so much love in her heart for her family. She had a laugh that filled the room and made you want to laugh right along with her. Megan had a love for the Arts and in her last year’s spent her time honing her skills such as; crafts, decorating, journaling, and do it yourself projects. She shared this love with the people around her and her pieces will remain treasured memories amongst those she gifted them to.
Megan’s educational achievements include graduating from Wanipigow School and later obtaining a post secondary Biindigaan program certificate through Red River Community College and also First Nations Child and Family Services Diploma through Yellowquil College.
Megs had a deep love for her nieces and nephews and never hesitated to shower them with that love.
Life took you way too soon sweet Megs but we will remember your Infectious laugh and love forever.
Megs was predeceased by her grandpa Harry Moneyas; cousins Samantha Moneyas, Riley Moneyas, and Janine Moneyas; grandpa Alfred Williams Jr; granny Margaret Hope; auntie Diane; uncles Oscar, John, Herman, Kimble, Rufus, and Louie.
Megs also leaves to mourn- her mother Audrey Moneyas; mamma Alice Moneyas; father Rodney Hope (Chas); siblings Symba (Michelle), Larissa and Shaynah; brother Leonard Boulette Jr; sister Alexis Boulette; niece Alicia Moneas; nephews Dreka, Tobias, and niece Quincy; stepmom Melanie; special friends Travis Demeria and Stephanie Harper (Puff). Maternal Uncles: Henry (Patsy), Ben (Betty), Aunts: Norma (Brian), Deanna (John), Koren. Paternal Uncles: Dan (Marian), Ron (Joan), Chap. Aunts: Patricia, Susan, Isabel, Mildred.
Her pallbearers will be Shawn Moneyas, Brian Moneyas, Leonard Boulette Jr., Payton Moneyas, Symba Moneas, Travis Demeria and Peter Moneas Jr., Cross Bearer will be Brendan Smith.

Wake services will be held on Friday December 31, 2021 3pm – 10 pm Eternal Grace (1111 Logan Avenue Wpg, MB)
Saturday January 1, 2022 and Sunday January 2, 2022 at the Hollow Water community Hall.
Funeral Service will be held on Jan 3, 2022 at Hollow Water community hall at 1 pm.
