The death occurred suddenly at Nail Pond, on Saturday,
November 13, 2021, as the result of a ATV accident, of Mason Russell
Jay Perry of Nail Pond, age 28 years. Born on October 23, 1993, he was
the cherished son of Wanda Mary Bernard of Alma, and the late Russell
Edmund Perry, who predeceased him in January 2021.
Loving brother to Melanie (Tyson) MacFarlene of Scotch Lake,
NB, Mandy Perry (Neven McCarthy) of Tignish, Monica (Mitchell)
Morrissey of Sea Cow Pond, Maxine Perry (Garth Gallant) of St.Felix.
Dear grandson to Esther Bernard of Alma. He will be sadly missed by
his nieces and nephews, Hazen and Addison Macfarlane, Molly, Violet
and Lillian Morrissey, and Hank Gallant. He is survived by his many
uncles, aunts, great-uncles, great-aunts, cousins, and by his many
friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Leo Bernard, Edmund
J. and Viola M. (nee Gallant Perry.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel Alberton. A
public visitation on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. (Proof
of double vaccination and ID required to attend the visitation.) A
private funeral mass on Thursday morning from St. Simon and St. Jude
Church at 10:30 a.m., Rev. John Molina, celebrant. Interment in the
St. Simon and St. Jude Parish Cemetery.
