“Mary” Wilhelmine MacKinnon
1925-2021
Peacefully, with family and her dog by her side
Mary MacKinnon (nee Porter) of Charlottetown, age 95 years died in her
home on 17 September 2021. She had been the loving mother of
David MacKinnon – deceased, Peter (Reesa Boston) MacKinnon, Natalie
(Ivan Trainor) MacKinnon, Tim (Elizabeth Thompson) MacKinnon and Kelly
(Paul Cote) MacKinnon. She is also survived by eight loving
grandchildren Kendra (Stef), Landrew (Laura), Bjillian (Matt), Richard
(Michelle), Willard, Tahlia, and Catriana; seven great grandchildren
Kether, Autumn, Sawyer, Alessandra, Elyssia, Ruby and Holly; special
niece Barbie Amsler and her dear friend LeahJane Hayward.
She was predeceased by her parents Ernest and
Dorothea (nee Dingwell) Porter and her sister
Barbara.
Due to current restrictions, a private funeral
service will be held at St. Peter’s Cathedral (by invitation
only).
