September 28, 1928 – April 24, 2021
It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Mary (Froese) Klein on April 24, 2021, of Hepburn, Saskatchewan and more recently Saskatoon.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Victor Klein, her parents Rev. Jacob & Anna Froese, in-laws Jacob & Molly Klein, son-in-law Ron Shumard and grandson Christopher Klein. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her: children Irma (Don) Rowland, Shirley Shumard, Alfred (Sherry) Klein, Caroline (Stewart) Doell, Walter (Mae) Klein, Connie (Warren) Morris, 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, her siblings as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Luther Heights, RUH, and City Hospital for their compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of donor’s choice.
A public viewing will be held at Funk’s Funeral Chapel Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 7-8 P.M. A Private Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 2 P.M. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Rosthern, SK.
