Mary’s Obituary
Passed away at Extendicare Brampton, Ontario, on Monday, April 26, 2021, Mildred Mary Cummings, born one of fourteen children to Francis and Maryann Delurey of Riverhead, St. Mary’s Bay, Newfoundland, aged 80 years. Predeceased by her parents and three brothers. She is survived by daughters Lorraine Cummings and Chris Vieira (Art); grandchildren: Mike Vieira, Paul Hole, Steven Hole, Melissa Hole and Jaime Vieira (Micheal Lever); sisters: Dot Fowler, Jane Brown, Linda Tiller and Carol Delurey; brothers: Pat, Don, Gerry, Mike, Clyde and Wayne and many other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service and burial will take place at St. Joseph the Worker Cemetery, in Riverhead, Newfoundland, during the Summer of 2022, at a time to be announced. A tree will also be planted, along with a memorial plaque in Mildred’s memory, at Greenwood Cemetery in Georgetown, Ontario, in September 2021.
