Whelan, Mark Ernest,
Passed away suddenly in his home on December 19th, 2021 in his 51st year.
Dear son of Astrid Whelan and the late Patrick Whelan. Beloved brother to Nancy McGowan (Whelan) and Anita Rawding (Whelan). Loved brother in laws Colin McGowan and Ken Rawding. Best Uncle to Ashley, Chelsea and Patrick McGowan, Jack and Erik Rawding.
Mark was a man with a larger than life personality who was unforgettable to all who knew him. He loved his friends and family more than anything. He was also an animal lover, enjoyed motor bikes and ATV’s rides, rock music, playing the drums, and beer. He will be missed dearly.
Friends may call at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S, Newmarket on Wednesday, December 29 from 1-3 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Roadhouse and Rose following the visitation. If you are unable to attend the service, a livestream link will become available closer to the date.
Please note that everyone will require two COVID-19 vaccinations and needs to wear a mask. Visitation and Service are by appointment only.
