Marjorie E. Hopkins
1936-2021
Marjorie Hopkins passed away at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial
Health Centre, Twillingate on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the age of 84
years old. She was predeceased by: Arthur and Phoebe Anstey;
husband Milligan Hopkins; daughter Pamela; brother Clifford; and
sister Lily (Hector) Roberts.
Marjorie leaves with fond and loving memories: sons: Clifford
(Nellie), Eddie (Becky), Dennis (Delphine) and Blaine (Yolanda);
grandchildren: Jennifer (Gordon), Jason, Travis, Janie (Rod), Jordan
(Ashley), Allison (Matt), Jenessa, Candace (Taedy), Grant (Jodi) and
Janice (Adam); great grandchildren: Jessica, Sarah, Kamryn, Kyle,
Josie, Marty, Tucker and Chase; brother Don (Jean) Anstey; sister
Jessie (Don) Oldford; as well as large circle of extended relatives
and friends.
In light of the current Covid-19 restrictions, the health and
safety of our families and our community continues to be of highest
priority. At this time there will be a private funeral service from
the Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 2:00
pm, with burial at the United Church Cemetery, Little
Harbour.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may
be given to the United Church Cemetery Fund, Little
Harbour.
