Obituary for
Marilyn “Moosh” Koroluk
Marilyn “Moosh” Koroluk (nee Letwin) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones after her battle with cancer on November 3, 2021.
Marilyn was born to Peter and Pearl Letwin (nee Wowniar) on July 16, 1963 in Lamont, AB. She was the one and only daughter of 5 children.
Marilyn was very involved with her family and community. From Ukrainian dancing and all the hair braiding, to the Lamont Curling Club with organizing and fundraising.
Marilyn managed the Lamont Hair Boutique for most of her career and has now handed over the reins to her daughter,Miranda.
Marilyn married Perry Koroluk, her childhood sweetheart, in 1978. Their doors were always open to family and friends for visits, a game of cards and games. Marilyn was an avid baker and would often be dropping off platters of goodies or paskas to family and friends.
Marilyn and Perry welcomed 2 daughters Krista and Miranda over their almost 43 year marriage. Marilyn’s grandson Ayden was her greatest pride and joy. They could often be seen with their heads together planning something. Gramma M always made sure there were treats in the cupboard and lots of love, snuggles and fun.
Marilyn is survived by her husband Perry; daughters, Krista (Tere) Brzezicki, and Miranda Koroluk; grandson, Ayden Brzezicki, parent,s Peter and Pearl Letwin; brothers, Ted (Donna) Letwin, Terry (Bonnie) Letwin, and Wayne (Berni) Letwin, along with many nieces, nephews, numerous relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her brother, Michael and in-laws, Mary and Eugene Koroluk.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family in order to establish a scholarship fund, in honor of Marilyn, or to the Krakow Church cemetery fund.
